What two suits changes
With two suits, the 104 cards are half spades and half hearts. You can still put a heart on a spade one higher, but that run can't move as a group. The skill is choosing which builds to mix and clearing them before they block you.
Every two suits deal here comes from a set our solver has won, as long as "Winnable deals only" is on in Settings (it is by default). Our solver tried 400 deals and won 271, stopping after 60,000 positions per deal. That was our own test, October 2026.
How to play, in one minute
- Build down from king to ace. When a run in one suit is complete, it comes off the table by itself. Take off all eight and you've won.
- Any card goes on any card one higher, whatever the suit, but only one-suit runs move together.
- Empty columns take any card or run.
- Out of moves? Tap the stock to deal one card onto every column. Fill any empty column first. There are five deals.
- Undo goes back as far as you like, and you get 6 hints a game.
Want a bigger challenge? Spider solitaire also has a four-suit setting, and there is a page for one suit. The full Spider rules and strategy tips cover when to deal and how to use an empty column.
Questions
Is two suits Spider free here?
Yes. No account, no download and no limit on games.
Can I change the number of suits?
Yes, in Settings. This page always starts on two suits; the main Spider solitaire page remembers whatever you chose last.
Is there a daily deal?
Yes. Today's deal is the same for everyone playing two suits today, and it's always one our solver has won. Win it on consecutive days to build a streak.
